Train Up a Child

Today parents are exposed to numerous external pressures which are more severe than in previous era.  External pressures can be precipitated by a number of influences, such as the environment in which the parents live, the media and its powerful effects, the internet and its glamour, friends with whom the interact, or non-Christian culture.  These external pressures could lead to our children being in a less-than ideal manner.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.  (Proverbs 22:6)
