Celebrate the Earth

Every vespers service in the Orthodox Church begins with the reading of Psalm 104. This psalm of David celebrates the goodness and beauty of the created world and affirms the timeless importance of stewardship and love for all that God has provided.

Dorrie Papademetriou is a graphic designer and artist. Her work is inspired by her travels through Greece and Turkey, where she studied the colors, the light, as well as the faith and traditions of the people. She has expressed with great sensitivity this love and respect for all creation through this beautifully illustrated book.
